Montessori-trained Teachers & Assistants for Early Years and Primary.

UK-trained Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) for our Primary programme.

Secondary Subject Specialists (e.g., Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, Languages) for our Secondary programme.

WISE staff and School Management/Administration (e.g., admissions, operations, finance, HR).

Requirements (role-dependent)

Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Montessori training and/or QTS for Primary; subject degree and teaching experience for Secondary).

Good level of English; Spanish/Catalan are a plus.

Internships
We welcome interns on a rolling basis throughout the school year. An internship with us offers real classroom experience alongside experienced Montessori educators, helps you build connections in the Montessori community, and lets you see whether the Montessori approach is right for you.
What we look for

Genuine interest in learning Montessori pedagogy (especially for Primary).
Practical details

Duration: Internships must be at least 2 months to provide stability in our classrooms.

Funding: Internships are unpaid. Interns cover accommodation, transport, and living costs (e.g., via ERASMUS+).
